Purpose and operator
Travel Guide Samarkand is an informational magazine operated by SZB (Sagdullaev Zwei Brüder) UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Windthorststraße 20, 48153 Münster, Deutschland. These rules explain use of the site; merely reading it does not create a paid contract, a travel booking or blanket consent to additional obligations or data processing.
Travel information and external services
Articles, itineraries, hotel and restaurant lists help readers plan their own trips. Prices, opening hours, transport, access rules, availability and contact details can change. Check material arrangements directly with the official attraction, carrier, accommodation or other provider before relying on them. An article’s original publication date is not a claim of a new visit or current price check.
External links lead to services operated by their named providers. Their booking, payment and cancellation conditions apply to contracts you choose to make with them. Listings and “Tour program” articles do not, by themselves, make SZB the organiser or seller of a trip.
Comments and contact
Readers may send questions and factual corrections. Where comments are available, use a public display name you are comfortable sharing, and do not include confidential documents, other people’s contact details, unlawful material, threats, discriminatory abuse or spam. Your email address is not intended for public display. Comments are moderated; irrelevant or unlawful submissions may be withheld or removed. Editorial disagreement alone is not a reason to suppress a correction.
Reading does not require an account. Registration, where actually offered, serves only the functions described in that interface and does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Copyright and reuse
Text, photographs, graphics and translations may have different rights holders and licence conditions. A source link is not permission to republish an entire work. Follow the licence or obtain the right holder’s permission where required; statutory quotation and other lawful exceptions remain available. Editorial work, rankings and AI
Our separate editorial standards describe selection, sourcing, corrections, relationships and awards. Older numbered lists are not automatically TGS Selection awards or reports of personal inspections. Automated reference guides are labelled: automated source and translation checks are not human visits or human verification of every article. Awards require the documented human assessment described in the standards.
Advertising orders
For advertising supplied by this magazine, the contracting party is SZB. Format, term, price, taxes, rights to supplied material, changes and cancellation are agreed separately in writing. An enquiry or ordinary site use does not accept those terms. Commercial labels remain visible; payment does not buy an independent editorial verdict. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Responsibility and availability
We work to correct substantiated errors and explain material limitations. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that third-party information will remain unchanged. These statements do not exclude statutory liability or liability for our own contractual obligations, intent, gross negligence or harm to life, body or health.
Privacy, changes and contact
The Privacy Policy explains actual processing and choices; it is not blanket consent. Updates to these website rules do not retroactively change an existing individual contract.
